I've been going to this UPS store for over a year to drop off my shipments.Staff is generally very nice, but last week a man i I hadn't seen before "helped" me.
He told me I was only allowed to drop off 5 packages, while I had 11. Stating that around the holidays they didn't have the space to store all the packages.
I have a few issues with that.
1) You're a UPS store, your primary function is to ship packages (this guy had the audacity to argue that they were a printing and business services provider, maybe, but your #1 service is shipping boxes)
2) Not my problem. If you don't have space to hold all the boxes around the holidays, the fix is A. Get more space or B. Get more frequent pickups. Let me be clear, the fix is NOT to tell the customer to go to multiple UPS stores because they have more than 5 boxes.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and is always willing to go the extra mile.  I have always had top notch service.

The mail box rental is 198.00 per year!  You can get a post office box at the post office for 62.00!  I'll pick the good old fashioned United States Postal Service!

Very helpful staff. Came in and dropped off my box, they handled getting it labled and taped up properly. I was in and out in under a minute.
