The worst customer service ever.  I went in person and called several times to talk with the manager (Sandy) regarding adding a relative to my account. She never returned my phone calls or did she return emails from another branch.  It literally took a week and a half to get her to return my phone call. If you can avoid this bank I would strongly advise you to go elsewhere.

Such a horrible bank. If you don't speak Spanish, the little good customer service they do have is down the drain. Can not wait to close my account. If you like to be given the run around about your money, this is the bank for you!

Went on a Saturday at 12:45 pm to make a deposit through  the drive thu window before they closed at 1pm. Waited 20 minutes in line, by the time I was next, they shut their windows to close on us. This branch is worthless!  No customer service skills whatsoever. I have been a long-time customer of 15 plus years, I will be changing banks the first chance i get.

WORST ever! What BANK closes the lobby at5 and only has ONE drive thru window? Hate this place but no other choice. Been banking with them over 20 years. Thankfully I don't have to deal with them often. Ugh.
