I went to turn in a hand written letter to cancel a recent claim. Look now I called the supervisor for the claims department and was told that a hand written letter was fine as long as my signature was on there. Branch manager constantly reminded me that they won't take a letter like that. 
What do you mean? I've asked multiple times at multiple departments. "I guess" was his response.
Two minutes later he walks to go fax the paper BUT ! , before he does it he stops at the bank teller station and shows every employee my letter. With all my bank info and personal info. I understand that I don't have the best handwriting but that's no reason to make me the laughing stock of the whole complex . Every last employee looked at in my direction and laughed until I looked up and then again when I wasn't looking. I'm not overthinking it because it was 5:52 p.m. On a Friday. I was the only customer there. Tell me if I'm wrong for being upset but I know I'm not.
Been with chase for 7 years and this happens . The branch manager is rude unprofessional and disrespectful. I regret ever going there . JP Morgan Chase, you guys really disappointed me. Just to let you know I've opened a bank account with Shell Federal Credit Union . Goodbye Chase.
