I attempted to debit $600 out of the ATM at their Trinity Mills location and it said sorry cannot process transaction, so I tried to withdraw $200 from inside the location and it said sorry cannot process transaction, it did not dispense any cash to me. I checked my account and it did draft the money out of my account but once again did not give me any cash, $800!!! I have been given the run around from BVAA Compass, I have filed a claim with my bank but that could take 45 days to get my money back. I feel BVAA should investigate and resolve this immediately, I have already notified FOX on your side to get this incident on the news as this has caused me a lot of stress and no one really seems to want to do anything about it. My next step is to contact Rafael Bustillo and Onur Genc about this to see if they care. I am in a position where I handle peoples money and have one rule, do not mess with peoples money, I resolve any payroll issues IMMEDIATELY if something happen. I wonder if they feel the same way. My kids get to sit around and eat scraps because we are a low priority apparantly, I wonder how these executives would feel if it was their families. I am very disappointed and this has put me in a bad, stressful situation, this issue should have been addressed and resolved the MOMENT it happened. NO EXCUSE

Update: I deposited a check from Paypal which took 5 days to be in my checking account since they put a hold on all checks. I had 3 NSF charges which were $48 each. No apology or refund. I specifically went to BBVA Compass for their ClearSpend Visa Debit card since there's no fees. I talked to Marilyn on the phone and then in person when I got the card set up and activated. Well, the activation fee is $4 and then I was told by Michael that there will be a monthly $4 fee is you don't set up direct deposit. The fee isn't a big deal, however, it's the principal that twice she forgot to tell me about the fees when I was reassured there wouldn't be. I was put on hold so she could ask a manager if they could reverse the charge which isn't possible on a debit card. She also didn't know the limit as to how much could be on the card. She had to call the 866 # twice to activate and then inquire about the limit which is $5500. While I was on hold, another woman picked up rudely saying that I just have to be patient when it wasn't my fault the call rolled over to ring again. Not the best experience in a lot of aspects at this branch. Went in to make a deposit and speak with manager. He was in a meeting so I asked the teller for his name to I could call later and ask for him specifically. She said 'Michael Meyers's like in Halloween. Not the positive experience I'm looking for in a bank.

There is something seriously wrong with your ATM's , i tried to withdraw money this morning it is said it was unable to process but charged me anyway ....This has happened before at a different location as well takes up to 10 days to resolve very inconveniencing ...

I have used many different BBVA Compass location in the past and stopped in at 3040 E Trinity Mills Rd because I was in the area. The teller inside was new and very polite. She was unsure how to handle my transaction and said that she could not help me. I asked to speak with the branch manager and Mrs Kirby said she was unable to assist me as well. I explained that this was not an issue at the other four locations that I use in Dallas Fort Worth. She decided to argue with me and stated that I should visit those branches. I am unaware how four other branches can process a transaction and this one cannot. I called into BBVA Compass to resolve this issue but unfortunately the phone support is bad and I had to call back twice to get a phone rep who would listen to my problem rather than just transfer me away to other departments. The phone rep was unable to resolve anything for me and suggested that I go to a branch that I have used in the past because they know what they are doing. Although my experience was horrible, they did have free Lolipops.
