I have gone to several other lenders only to be given false promises. Rebecca and Jeff were upfront with what they can do and at closing it was exactly as they mentioned. Closed a commercial real estate loan with no hiccups on their part. Definitely recommend them for your real estate and banking needs.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a lender. So many errors. Day before closing the changed everything without telling us. Left us in a spot where we were had to do it how they had it. On closing day another error occurred and the funding did not go through so I sat in front of the house all day and they never called and told me of the error. Sent the payment book to our old house then when I called on the day after it was due to see where it was they said they sent it to the old house and I would have to pay a late fee. We make seven figure so the fees are nothing to us just the service we received was horrible. Mistakes after mistakes.
