Came here to get my waxing done. It was pretty good. Tech was quick about it and my arms feel amazing.

I never leave any reviews, but this place was just terrible. As soon as I walked in no one greeted me, you were just expected to know what to do. Finally I got sat down and eventually I got the fill and new nail color. Well, the girl who did my nails just ruined it completely. Midway I wanted to get up and leave. She didn't seal my nails correctly so there were pieces of the nail that looked dented. Never going here again.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen!

I came in for an appointment at 6:30 pm 
They close at 7:00 
They immediately started hurrying us 

No professionalism what so ever 
Talking loudly with each other, laughing and no attention to my services

I got a service called spa pedicure and manicure 
And it did not feel like spa at all.
Both services were completed in 30 min! No massage. It cost $32!

The manager was very rude when I told her how I felt.
Since I was so mad, I only offered $2 tip
And the manager laughed and said her employees don't need it. Then continued to argue with me!
This is my first review ever, just felt the need to do this 

The employees were considerate of what was happening but the manger showed no interest.

Terrible service and not willing to work with what you want. I asked them to not file my nails but since it would "take too long" for the gel to come off my nails, they still filed the rest of my nails to save them time. I left with a sad manicure and really thin nails. I will not be returning to this place.
