They never disappoint me. I have recently moved out of the area but travel over 30 minutes to get to them. Good customer service, fast and quality work.

Staying in the area.  Stopped in to make appointment.  Everyone was busy.  I do not interrupt folks.  What I do expect when entering a place, is, at the VERY LEAST, to be acknowledged and a simple "hello, I will be right with you."  Sat there for 15 minutes. Got up and left!  What has happened to basic common decency and professionalism.  Don't care how good they may be, lacks respect for potential clients.

Tina is amazing! I've never had a bad experience, but just have to say how wonderful Tina is for gel, acrylic, nail design, etc.

Manicure and pedicure was rough. Gel only lasted 6 days before it began to lift and crack
