I had two treatments done at Be well Yoga last week.  The massage was wonderful and really helped my back and knee.  The other treatment was the oil poured on your forehead and it was fantastic!  I had no expectations as I had never had a treatment like that.  I left and I felt like I was on a cloud.  It is 4 days later and I still feel great and relaxed.  Mary had numerous helpful suggestions for my lymphedema.  I loved the beautiful space that she has.  I will absolutely be going back for more treatments.

I was impressed with Mary when I met her at a series of Ayurveda workshops she hosted. Ayurveda made sense as I renewed my focus on attaining a healthy lifestyle.  Mary’s problem solving nature allowed her to find the connections between my issues and develop a plan to improve health which fits in my busy lifestyle.  

Since working with Mary, my daily energy has improved significantly, and several symptoms have subsided.  She diligently helped me through a stubborn sinus infection with body therapies, steam, and nasya formulas. I appreciate Mary’s patience and support as I slowly improve my diet.  She is constantly suggesting different ideas to help me succeed in my goals.

The BeWell Studio is conveniently located across from Mayfair and upstairs from an Indian Grocery Store.  The space has fantastic energy for both yoga and body therapies.

I received a groupon here for my birthday and it was completely fantastic. I felt renewed and pampered from the minute I walked in the door. I would certainly recommend Be Well Yoga and Ayurveda to others.
