Restorative Yoga ~ A gentle, calming Yoga movement class. Traditional Yoga postures are incorporated with easy stretching and relaxing meditation for a soothing, restorative experience.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga ~ A more active Yoga class designed in a flowing movement style incorporating a sequence of traditional Yoga postures.

No Prior Yoga background is necessary. All levels are welcome.
All classes begin and end with meditation.

This place looks like a small gym but its great size! Get good workouts here and usually find good parking. Be warned though at prime time (5pm or so) it will get busy and parking will be far away

Great gym, Clean and nice staff. Of all WAC sites this is one of the best ones for me. Great atmosphere and all the machinery you need is right there!

Overall, very good club. Classes, cleanlines, size, equipment...all good! This is concerning a "no show, by an instructor for the Dec 2, 9am SHRED class. She didn't call or email me that the class was canceled. By Wednesday, still no word from her, so I cancelled the remaining 3 sessions, since few people were signed up for the 9am class and I was unsure if she'd be a, "no show", again. Annoying, because I often work out of town and drove back very early Fri morn to ensure I was on time for the class. I understand emergencies. No problem. However, not at all thoughtful to not having gotten in touch with me by Wednesday. Didn't put her name in review because didn't want to put her on blast. Do better. UPDATE:2 wks, later, I received a call from the instructor and she extended the offer to join a new class.  I was unable to join the new class but kudos to her for calling. So, I increased the stars. Nice to be able to give them 5 stars, again. Thank  you to the instructor. Thank you WAC!!

Wonderful, friendly atmosphere.  Total range of people from young to people on rehab.  Not intimidating for older members.  Extra rewards for frequent use can be used for trainers, massages, etc.

Price is All Inclusive.  Includes locker and towels.  They even had a thank you luncheon for seniors. 

The Wauwatosa pool is great.

Excellent facility. Easy to focus on exercise. Many different possibilities, high quality equipment and very good staff.
