Went there the first time, didnt take us at 3pm said they were closing soon. Second time, made my 2month old baby wait for 3hrs. Third time we went, they said they are closed all day for a staff meeting. If it weren't for her insurance, I will never go back.

Worst place ever!  I dropped off paperwork on friday and they said 24-48 hrs til its done. It is tuesday and they still have not touched it! My kids cant start school til they habe that paperwork.(shot records)  they are very lazy and need to do their job!

I went into this office for immunization only for my kids, unfortunately my kids pediatrician lost a contact with the insurance company to administer vaccines so I had no choice. I was great fully for the location since it was close to my house, but the lady working at the front desk on the ped's side was rude and disrespectful. I checked my kids in for their immunization and after about an 1 and 15 min's of waiting I politely asked how much longer it would be. The responds was it's a time consuming process they will get to you when they can. Now I work in the medical field and if my staff ever talked to someone in that manner it would be a write up. There are ways to tell people they are working on your immunization's now or something to give a status but being rude is disrespectful and uncalled for. On top of that there was an issue with one immunization which 1 of my kids  didn't receive, and then to talk to my peds office, who informed me they should have called so he could get the vaccine instead of now waiting 30 days set me off. Even though this was close to my house, I will not go back to this office. I explained to the pedatrician office that sent us about what happened, and they informed me they will no longer refer pts to this location because of rudeness and laziness.

It is located behind Advanced Auto Parts on 3rd Street in Jacksonville Beach. If you put in 2350 3rd St. S Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 then you will get there. It is a one story brown building with a blue metal roof. They moved from the Penman road location in June 2015.

They are really professional and get the job done with much respect AN kindness. .I just love these people been going there for about 15year's. Love the new clinic! !
