AWFUL! Laser "hair removal" was a joke! Even with 2 "extra" treatments on top of my package, the area for hair removal still has hair. The staff admitted that because of not scheduling me with the same person, that this is why I was having problems. They allowed 2 extra visits, this time with the same staff. For my next visit they called and said I could not come in unless I bought another package. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that "he will not speak with you." Wonderful business ethics.....
Do NOT waste your money or your time.

They are really friendly and the laser removal worked really well for me. I had laser removal done for two other areas at two different clinics before I went to this one, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much hair was removed. Before you get laser hair removal, know that you're not likely to get 100% hair removed and it works better on some people than others. Before shelling out a ton of money, get a cheap groupon first and see how it works for you.

If there was a zero rating, they would get it! Unprofessional staff, that don't know how to schedule appointments and the laser application itselt is a waste of money. Save yourself frustration and don't purchase any groupons as it will be a total waste!

I do agree with other people. THIS COMPANY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS I HAVE EVEN SEEN!!!  Carl Monday did a hidden camera investigation on them too. They have been stealing and lying to people for years. They always say we will give you your money back if there are no results... But you will never get back anything... Too bad that there are still new people that fall into their trap. MONEY AND YOUR HAIR DOWN THE DRAIN = CALL BEACHWOOD HAIR CLINIC... Dear Mr. Michael Dobec - the owner - YOU WILL END UP IN HELL FOR ALL THIS...
