I got my hair done here a few months ago. It was amazing. I loved it so much. I went to go get it done again. The hair stylist told me it would cost a certain amount when I came back the next time. I was excited I loved my new hair. I went back 2 months later. 
She messed it up. I got a single process color. She tried blaming me for it turning another color. She didn’t even apologize at all or say anything she went and got another color mixed up. It started burning my scalp and rushed to fix her mistake. She “fixed” it and then started blowing it out. You could tell I hated it. It was not pulled through properly at all I have 3 hair colors right now. What ever I am not one to complain. I’ll get it fixed next time I get it done (somewhere else). 
I go to pay they charged me more then what I was told the previous time. 
I was LIVID. I called the manager and she basically said come back and fix it but it looked fine. I will not be going back to this Solon. They are RUDE and have no costumer servise skills
