Rick has been the most honest and trust worthy man I have come to know in the auto service business. Purchased an use truck with problems, took it over to Beacon auto and Rick looked at it explained the problem with the price, and he stock to it. He fixed things that were not apart of what was said, at no extra charge, It's been a long time since i have had this truth in front of me at any business, I relized ther are not many like Rick and his crew, Honest men who care about the person and thier vehicals. Good guy, always seem to do whats right for the customer. They don't make many like him any more. f. smith

I have been bringing both my cars to this shop for a decade. They are very knowledgeable and honest. They have done both routine and some major work for me. The work is always top notch and done in a friendly and business-like manner. On several occasions they have pointed out to me that what I thought was a big problem was actually of no import and thus saved me money when they easily could have told me otherwise. I cannot imagine the proprietors being anything but polite and helpful. My wife agrees.
