Was there a few weeks ago, to cash my check for bus fare. Had to wait much too long, one teller for both drive-thru and for in-branch transactions. Ridiculous! Plus, central air conditioning was out, has been for several years, from what teller said. Manager much too cheap to repair equipment that MIGHT benefit all. Transaction was completed. Did NOT make me feel like a valued customer, as a few other branches have.

Been there a few times and didn't offer satisfying solution to any of my banking problems. I had to call 800 number or go to online forum. Rude customer service. Attitude shifted by 180 degrees when I wanted to open a new checking account.
