Wonderful.  Not fancy, and a little tight, but the manager was extremely friendly, helpful and went way above and beyond for us.  I cannot say enough good things about the management.  They are just nice.  The fishing pier and bait shop right across the street is a great amenity.  Location A+

We have been coming here for years, and the location is perfect, and the people r friendly, but the cottages are run down. They need good cleaning, upgrade on beds and furniture and fresh paint. 
This will be our last stay.  Goodbye bay front.
