I am a FEMA guest.  I have only been here 4 days.  My understanding is that cleaning service is only once a week.  No coffee until 8:00 am.  WHAT????  Hotels have coffee at 6-6:30 for guest.  They don't have 24 hrs service at front desk on off peak only security.  So if you have an issue you are out of luck.....walls are not insulated.  I can't sleep.  I can hear the  room next door  snore and every word that he says....there is allot of  noise coming from somewhere.   Office staff are not in until 8:00.  Food is very good and employees are great!!!  Love them.  They do go out of their way to assist.  But MANAGEMENT needs to run this like a Hotel.  FEMA Guest

Fun nice atmosphere not much to do at this one compared to the other location. Took my son for the first time he loved it. Would enjoy going back.

The staff has been most helpful . at the top of the list,  would have to be Resort Manager, Teresa. Her patience and understanding with those affected by Hurricane Harvey and its victims who are displaced, still, is overwhelming.  May you all have a blessed holiday season. Thanks for all Schlitterbaun and its employes have done,

Beautiful new water park located close to Whitecap Beach on North Padre Island. Accessible by city bus. Nice golf course and restaurant. Lodging available. Friendly staff and cool gift shop. Lots of fun!
