I am so pleased with Beam. I called them in the morning and they went through prices for coming out and asked other questions. This was great because I knew I would not be getting any special fees, just whatever it would cost when the person came to my house.

Long and behold it took a few hours and Bob, whom was the best, fixed my problem in no time. Now we have AC again! 

Oh the price, cheap and very affordable. If you need any work on your air or heating call Beam right away!!!

Their price was below other dealers, and you can't beat Lennox.  The salesman who came out to my house was very knowledgeable and friendly.  The installers were professional and also friendly.  Extremely happy with my new furnace and air conditioner and would recommend Beam to everyone.

Have a furnace and AC serviced by them for many years.  Recently got a hot water heater from them. They do what they say they are going to do, when they are going to do it for a fair price.  Can't ask for more than that.

These people have been out to my apartment 4 times since Thursday so basically everyday they claim the fix the problem for it to just break again hours later. I called the guy on Saturday to tell him it's broke again and that he needs to come fix it AGAIN ( remind you it's Saturday so like anyone else my day was pretty busy ) he asked if I could be home in 20 mins which I hesitated because I had to be somewhere and he had the nerve to tell me "well I don't got all day so even 20 mins or he can't come".i only deal with this company because it's who my apartment in contract with. But I'm ready to just be billed and have someone with knowledge come fix my heater

Just had Rob from Beam Heating out to my house for an unexpected furnace failure.  He came out within 2 hours of me calling them at 7am, and in -3 degree weather.  He was able to quickly isolate the issue, clear up the problem, and get the heat going again in our house, and all for around $100, which is a very fair price for a speedy solution and immediately apparent expertise and experience.  

Rob took the time to explain each thing he was checking, and why, and how each part worked together to heat the house.  

Top notch service, speed, and quality.
