We were able to find & buy the item we were looking for but, when we went to a register with a light on, there was no cashier! A cart collector told us that the cashier left & forgot to turn her light off. Then he walked away! He should have found someone to help us, instead of just walking away! We had to go to the other end of the store to pay. We were using a large flat loader, not a cart, because our item was very large & bulky. Maneuvering the flat was difficult due to a bent wheel. Over all, not happy! Trip should have only been 20 minutes, instead it was an hour & a 1/2!

Found my item quickly. The ride on cart was great. I have bad knees.No problem getting my military discount. Other big home improvement stores don't like to give it. I will be back.

Could not believe that out of no where, on November 4th, Lowe's in Monroeville would switch to "winter hours" and change their closing time to 9! I literally saw 10 cars just pull into the parking lot at 915. If you're going to randomly change your hours, make sure you do more than just put a little paper in the window...reach out to those who advertise your business that post your hours and tell them to switch it too. Beyond disappointed

Just got a new fridge. A team of 3 led by a guy named Brian were out in 15 minutes. They took everything, no mess. Apparently, even if you pay the $15 removal fee, the order to remove the old appliance might not be on the work order. This seems to happen quite a bit, but Brian was cool about it. Word to the wise: keep your receipt just in case!
