Awful experience.  I called asking for an estimate for siding on my home.  Marti set up an appointment and Greg was out in a timely manner.  I was told on the Monday Greg came out I would have an estimate by Saturday.  It's been almost a month, still no estimate after numerous calls.  The first 4 calls I made were answered and excuses were made.  Now they won't even return my calls.  I have finally given up and called another contractor.  They wasted a month of my time.  I'm just thankful I didn't hire them for work, I can only imagine how terrible that experience would be.

Greg (owner) and Marti (office person) are awesome!   I have worked with this company for 8 years now.  This company is honest and straight forward.  They don't lie or try to trick you into getting more done than needed.  I would recommend them to anyone!  Greg comes off a bit gruff when he's busy but its just his vocal tone, not reflective of his character.

I've always had very good service from Bear Roofing & Exteriors.  They've replaced my roof twice, because of storm damage each time, and everything was done top notch.  Greg is great to deal with, very nice and professional.  I'll call Bear Roofing again if I need any work done in the future and I would highly recommend them.

We just had storm damage and the representative who came out was very professional and knowledgeable. They were very helpful when it came to the insurance adjuster. Would definitely call them again!

We had our roof done and  I had picked out Cobbelstone slate and they put on black. We called Greg and told  him the wrong color was put on our roof and he was very unprofessional over the phone. He was swearing and telling me that the color I chose would not look good on our house. He offered $1500 off then said he won't lose any sleep over it. We will not be using them again.
