Noah, Alex, Kolby and the rest of the crew were wonderful! I got a new metal roof, gutters and insulation through Polar Bear Energy Solutions. Everything was organized, timely, and ran smoothly. I was kept well informed throughout the process. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and the finished product looks fantastic! I am very satisfied and would use them again!

We recently bought a house and the deck it came with was...well...as you can see in the picture, lackluster (and also a little bit dangerous, as it was falling apart and poorly built).

Polar Bear was in the neighborhood however and stopped by for a friendly hello to let us know what work they did, and after a fantastic presentation we decided to go ahead with the project!

Now it bears mentioning that we've had other contractors come out to look and give us estimates, and they were highly suspect. No documents, no real confidence, and no pictures of their previous work. Polar Bear on the other hand - WOW! Part of their presentation included documentation on their business, pictures of past jobs they've done, and a confidence that the job could be done right, on time, and on budget. They weren't just trying to sell us on a job, they were showing us that they really did have the know-how and experience to get the job done, which is something I can appreciate.

As you can tell by the finished product, they've done an AMAZING job! Everything is up to code, and built to last! Even better? Their pricing is incredibly fair (and actually BETTER than what others estimated it would cost). 

Rod & Shae built this massive beautiful deck on time, on budget, and done right! Using top-grade materials that're warrantied for 30 years and maintenance free, which if you've been in the Pacific North West for longer than 6 months you know is an amazing thing to have given our weather. I've never met more friendly and knowledge contractors than those two!

And to add to all this - Polar Bear's customer service was here every step of the way. Letting us know when materials would be delivered, and here to answer any questions we might have had. We never once felt like we didn't know what was happening with our project.

Polar Bear has made a life-long customer out of me. They know their business, they know how to do it right, and every aspect of what they do is top notch.

Polar Bear's execution of my home's roof replacement project was flawless and completed on time. All the crew members I interacted with were very professional, educated me on how they do the roof installation, the different layers that go in and the available roof options. The new fascia, gutters and downspouts were installed perfectly by Noa and Alex.    They thoroughly sweeped around the house using a magnetic vacuum to get rid of any debris from the old roof which was nice add-on touch. Overall the experience was very good and would highly recommend these guys for your next home improvement project.
