Pretty efficient "assembly line" kind of production, definitely appreciate the towel dry at no additional cost. Sometimes they get so busy and would end up parking your finished car in the adjacent spaces, make sure to look for it there. They used to have a "punch card" system where they record your license plate to count towards a free wash after 10 washes, not sure if they still do anymore? Keep your receipt for 48 hours, they should honor a re-wash due to weather or so...

Very rude employees. One guy was actually yelling at us because the first guy didn't put a slip on the window. The cashier was upset that we were using a coupon and was adamant that the coupon I described didn't exist. When I showed it to her she just said oh, okay. Um... don't they offer coupons to try and get new customers? Maybe they should treat the ones that give them a try a little better.

Fairly quick car wash place, even though sometimes the communication can be better between the employees and customers.  I was waiting inside not knowing my car had been done for 10 minutes already. (Partially my fault too)

Regular wash took a more than 40 minutes to complete.  This is my second time there.  The same wait time happened my first visit, but I thought I would try again.  Wash was pretty good but a dirty towel was used to clean windows and lots of streaks were present.  Didn't have time to track someone down.  When my car was finally ready the attendant was gone before I could get to my car.

I stopped here for a quick wash for our brand new car--I had just driven through some snow and wanted to keep it shiny. The gentleman who helped me immediately tried the hard sell to get me to buy about $30 worth of wash upgrades/add-ons, telling me, "well, it's not going to get truly clean" if I don't buy them. Then, the basic wash, which is supposed to include a towel dry, left water spots and streaks all over the windows and doors. That doesn't really matter to me--it was just water spots--but there was clearly not much care taken for any customer not doing full detailing services.  The prices are too high, and I wasn't impressed with what we got. I'll stick with Octopus in Lakewood.
