brought them a barely used stihl small chain saw cause wouldnt start\ ....   put-away-fine, ran fine before..... got  charged over $200 for a bunch of "parts" not related to carburetor that i know were fine going in.

This is a great locally owned, locally ran business and they really care about their customers. They are keeping prices low and providing great customer service.

Bought pole saw attachment for Stihl Kombi power head. Didn't have the extinction pole in stock, or, I would have purchased that too. Anyways, Guy wouldn't give me the package with manual, tool and what not. Said, "It doesn't come with anything." I had to go back in to tell him, "I know this item comes with a info/tool package." He then went back and came with a zip-lock bag with manual and tool. I left with a bad taste, so to speak. Went the next day to return item to be greeted be someone setting in a seat. When I asked about a refund cause of the bad experience, he started flipping out. Then went to get the owners, which I'm guessing is mom and dad.Then the lady starts flipping out. It was ridiculous. I will never go back to this place. Go to Killians hardware or anywhere else. You'll get factory package with all the fluids for free, AND, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'd give no stars if I could. And, for the person on here saying, "with a smile help." that's what you want to stay away from.

Mr.and Mrs. Beasley are the best  business owner  in the outdoor industry that you could ask for they will help you with any of there products and they do it with a happy smile unlike the other places I have visited in the past so if you ever considered making a purchase for an outdoor power equipment please make them your first choice thanks again all the staff at Beasley power equipment
