I rarely ever write any reviews and if I do they are almost always positive. I've never had such a worse customer service experience than with Russell Well Drilling. I spent $7000 on a well and they refuse to complete the job. I didn't know how shady they were until I had other well companies attempt to fix their mistakes. They may be the cheapest but that's because their equipment is inferier (they couldn't tell me the gallons/minute), their processes are subpar (never gave me a well construction record) and their customer service is atrocious. They wouldn't give me a quote for installing the pump because he said "I turned him off because I wanted to get other quotes." After speaking with several other well drillers it's because he did such a bad job he didn't want to get caught with doing such a bad job. Do NOT use this company. He will lie, cheat and steal. He may seem like a nice older gentleman but as he told me "I'm retiring next year so I couldn't care less what you think." Learn from me...stay away!
