Story

Beau Monde Guitars is an owner-operated full-service musical instrument retailer dedicated to making an elite experience an everyday courtesy for every customer. Owners, Louis Bottone and Harry Jacovou, bestow over 30-years of comprehensive expertise in music retail alone, while also proudly adding an advanced knowledge of the music business, music production and all things guitar to their credentials. As guitarists/musicians, they bring over 30-years of respect for the instrument, which allows them to speak the language of both the avid gear aficionados and the enthusiastic novices.

Louis Bottone: Co-Owner

Louis began studying guitar while in high school, and decided to fully-immerse himself in music, by taking on an after school job as an entry-level sales associate at his local "mom & pop" music store O. DiBella Music in Bergenfield, NJ. Throughout his 17-year tenure, Louis worked his way up the managerial ladder, while earning a B.S. degree in Marketing from St. Thomas Aquinas College and maintaining a busy gigging schedule as a working/touring musician that culminated with the international release of 2006 Plan Your Getaway by Immortal Records artist The Finals. Now Louis, along with his long-time friend and co-worker, looks forward to assuming the responsibility of bringing his knowledge and passion for music and the guitar to his own customers.

Harry Jacovou: Co-Owner

Harry has always dreamt of owning his own boutique guitar shop. As a 16-year veteran in musical instrument retail and former Guitar Department Manager/Service Technician at O. DiBella Music in Bergenfield, NJ this opportunity would allow him the freedom to choose the quality of the instruments he provided to his already loyal customers. Harry has earned a reputation for caring meticulously for his own collection of guitars and amplifiers as well as being equally caring and meticulous in his approach to customer service. Harry is also the owner, operator, producer and engineer at BlackJack Studios, which he initially opened in 2005, and recently relocated to a brand new state-of-the-art facility, which he spent three years designing and overseeing every step of the construction process.
