My experience was anything but pleasant. I originally went in for a routine cleaning, however I was told that I needed to come back to have a filling re-done that my former dentist did 6 months earlier. So I went in the next week for my filling. Went in for a filling and ended the day with a root canal. A root canal which cost me $200 that I did not have or intend to spend that day. Apparently the pulp in this tooth is higher than the average human and Dr. Kyle hit it. Even though it was clearly visible on the x-rays that were taken (which were pointed out to me after the fact). At this point, I was alerted that I would need a root canal. 2 hours before I had to go into work. Fun stuff. I then had to return the next week to finish this root canal because for some reason it all couldn't be done in one visit. I also asked for a orthodontic consult multiple times on each visit. Finally I got a brief one which lasted literally 2 minutes. Molds were made of my teeth and a plan was supposed to be made but no one ever contacted me. Let's just say I haven't been back since and do NOT plan on going back.

I went to this dentist office in march of last year, my experience was not all glitz and glamour like they make it out to be on the commercials and websites. I went to a new office today and was quite frustrated with Beaumont family dentistry by the time I left. When I went for a routine cleaning the cleaning was less than 20 minutes. Took about 10 mins for X-rays which I understand. The dentist then came in for less than a minute looked in my mouth and said I had SIX cavities then left. My dentist I saw today said I only had 2 very small cavities and even showed me the X-rays. How do you go from having six cavities to two? And did I mention I'm a previous dental assistant? They also wanted me to get this fancy night guard cause I have chronic migraines for THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS!! This office is money hungry and I would be weary about going to this office. I'm so happy I decided to go somewhere else where I got a thorough cleaning for almost an hour and the dentist talked with me for a good ten minutes and had compassion. I wasted so much time going to this office so don't waste yours.

Such amazing care and service. I called when they opened with a broken tooth and they got me in an hour and a half later! I felt so much compassion and care and they helped me with other resources where I don't have dental insurance to have my broken tooth fixed. From the dental assistants, to the dentist, to the receptionist i would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have been going to Dr. Trish Takacs office for over 20 years now. I used to fear the dentist but with my experience here at Beaumont Family Dentistry, I now think of it as a family visit. Everyone is always so professional , kind, happy and helpful. I really can't express enough adjectives to say how I feel about them. Dr. Trish is the best dentist in town, in my opinion !!

I always dread going to the dentist. My mom (Debbie Masters) convinced me to go to Beaumont Family Dentistry where she goes. After my first visit I called her and told her how great my appointment went. I have been back several times now and do not dread going at all. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel comfortable from the time you enter the office until you leave. My greatest fears of dental pain have completely disappeared. Not only that but one morning I had a pretty big problem with a tooth and they saw me immediately and had me out of pain in no time. I recommend Beaumont Family Dentistry to everyone I know. Thank you to all the staff for making going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience.
