I was in intense pain I called Audubon and dental to see of they could get me in. I was informed they didn't have anything until the next day. I explained my situation and the amount of pain I was in and she was able to get me in within the next 30 min. Dr Jones and his staff made me feel right at home from the time I came in until I left. Very outgoing and polite staff. I wasn't prepared financially and they worked with me and very understanding. Dr Jones and Maria walker me through the whole procedure and made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will continue on going here. I would give way more than 5 stars.

We have been going to Audubon for 4 years now. Initially going there to get an implant and then sticking with them for cleanings because we loved the staff. They are so personable and always make you feel right at home. They have been great with our children. My oldest daughter loves going to the dentist! Thanks Angel and Dr. Sun for a great experience!!

Bait and Switch, waste of time and money. After receiving a coupon on the mail for a decently priced cleaning, exam, and X-rays, my husband made an appointment and took an afternoon off work. We recently moved to the area and were looking for a good dentist. The hygienist examined him, and told him they could not clean his teeth, and that he would have to have the "deep cleaning" since it had been over a year since his last cleaning, and the cost of that would be close to $2000! Still charged the $59 that was supposed to cover the cost of a cleaning and an exam by the dentist, and did NOTHING! Bait and Switch to unsuspecting potential patients! Beware!

I do not recommend this place. I went here for a root canal. I've had one before and it went well. The dentist seemed like she knew what she was doing, but I'm paying for it now, about 2 years later. I felt it and when my face started getting red and I was squirming in the chair, she kept going deeper saying " I know, just 1 more second" She left several times in the middle of it, like she was booked on too many procedures at once. She came back and I was in tears. The assistant knew it wasn't right and told me it shouldn't feel this way because I asked her if I should feel like my face is on fire. The dentist had to put more numbing medicine, about 6 more shots into my gums after it was over just so I could leave. Now, I have to have another procedure by a specialist because she didn't get all of the infection out and it's bothered me every since. Worst $900 after insurance I've ever spent. I do not recommend them. They also wanted to send me a $85 dollar bill for xrays I didn't approve of. I gave them my piece of mind which I'm sure led to them writing it off to bad taxes. Either way, do yourself a favor and don't do it! Go somewhere else.. OH on top of all of this, she said, which I'm pretty sure her name was Dr. Sun, I needed another root canal on my front tooth. Of course after all of this I was getting a second opinion and she wouldn't be touching me again, I went to another dentist who said the root was fine and fixed the chipped part in the front tooth. Instead of paying another 900 to her, I paid 60 to him. BEWARE!!!

I do absolutely recommend this very kind and professional group to anyone now, who does ask if I know of a good dentist. I hadn't been for several years, due to really bad experiences at the dentist. And was very afraid. They were very patient and kind, explaining in detail what each procedure was for. I'm very glad my friend told me about this office. Truly fantastic group.
