We were very pleased with the care our father received from the ER to in house care. Thank you to the Nurses that treated our Dad with dignity & professional care. It eased our minds when we were not there.

I went to emergency yesterday for pain in my stomach. They took urine and blood said it came back negativity. Gave me some distress medicine whatever that is and i was in pain all night. Went to my primary care doctor this morning and he knew exactly what was wrong. Two hours later no stomach pain. Beaumont is to big of a hospital to not correctly care for its patients. I missed a extra day of work. Had i been treated properly that would not have happened.

If I could give the security in this place a rating I would. Love the staff love my nurses, but the security is absurd I was told I was running away by being in the parking lot with my mother daughter and husband. I wanted fresh air because I have been locked in a hospital. They didn't ask who I was didn't even know I was allowed by my nurse to be outside. Security should be more worried about real threats not patients who are here volentaraly and can walk. Will never attend this hospital again all because of security!!

8/2/17  I had to get surgery on my collar bone. From front desk in emergency to the doctors n nurses that looked after me I mean every last one were so nice really cared about you n how you feel. I told them I was scared and they could see it in my face. It was one lady that made me come on here just to share this. I cried n she held my hand until they were done. Like that was so awesome to me and really meant everything to me. She was tell me she the same way we laugh while I was crying. Just really the best n Dr acker I just love him and the whole team that helped me out💟

I have been to this hospital for outpatient services and all the staff were very nice. The hospital was clean and I didn't have any complaints. I have also visited a patient in this hospital and they were happy with their services.
