I came here, because it was super close and had great reviews. When I walked in I couldn't help but to notice how clean and welcoming the place was. After I had filled out all of my paperwork, I was taken right back. The staff was awesome from the time I walked in to the follow-up phone call. The doctor made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered before I left. I definitely will be returning if my family or I need non-emergent care. I really appreciated the follow-up phone call they gave me, checking to see how I was doing. I would recommend Westland Urgent Care to anyone!

This clinic is great!! The office is super clean and all the staff are very friendly. They also offer reasonable prices for services- for Tb tests they are much cheaper than CVS minute clinics! I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving!! Way faster than any urgent care or clinic I've ever been to! Definitely recommend going here!

The staff was friendly. They have free refreshments and they gave my kids coloring pages and crayons.The receptionists offered me the lowest cost for my visit. It was a wonderful experience. The service was fast basicly no wait and. I will be coming here from now on. So much better than waiting in emergency room. 😀😀😀😀🎊🎉

Overall I would highly recommend this urgent. It's fast, friendly and the best part is they offer drinks, and snacks like granola bars. I have never been to a place that does that! Staff is super friendly and give directions on the phone of location (nearby buildings as well).

This place was outstanding. We didn't have to wait at all. We were greeted at the door and almost immediately taken to a room where the provider walked in right behind us. I would definitely go there again if needed. Customer service was excellent and they were super friendly. They also participate with all insurances.
