If your looking for a good friendly reliable company to do business with and purchase a camper this is not them. Know what your getting into and do your research. This experience starts with them selling a customer a trailer that was by law to big for the truck they hooked it up to. We now have had the trailer for two years after having to purchase a larger truck just to pull it and we've had nothing but problems with the unit. The staff are very I'm friendly and talk down to their customers. They do not stand by the products they are selling or work with the customers to correct issues. Then when the frustrated customer write a bad review trying to get some sort of help the owners managers and relatives call them to make threats to get the reviews removed. Complete disregard for the customers who spend thousands to have a nice unit to create memories in.. So sad

Just bought a toy hauler there after first going to giant rv. What a world of difference between the two. No pressure no haggling just good honest people that actually care to help you get what your searching for. I wish all dealers can run like this one save everyone a headache. Thanks for everything guys.

Wow! What can I say but we had a great experience at Beaumont RV! From just looking to purchasing to financing to the walk-thru at delivery it was such a pleasure doing business with them! We bought the perfect Powerlite Toy Hauler for our needs and can't wait to get out there and have fun with it! They are very friendly, professional and not pushy at all about selling, we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used or new rv. Don't bother with the big dealerships, they'll just waste your time and money, these guys are the BEST!!!

I took my RV their because they have great security. I ask them to take a look at a few thing and let me know how its going. Well without my consent they took it to Pass Auto to have one of these thing looked at. After there mechanics could not do the work. And they told me that they could not fix it and I replay that's Ok that you cant fix it. Then they still took it upon them self's to take it there with out my consent.. It sat there for 3 and a half months waiting for parts that were never ordered. So while it was their it was break in to and all my thing were taken. They only thing they said is we are sorry. They would not take any responsibility for moving it or for my loss or offer any help of any kind.
