Dealing with the current management is disappointing. There are times when the management does not keep the business hours which are posted on the door. The previous manager would at least put a sign on the door letting the customers know that they were on their lunch break or they were running an errand. It is not the first time that nobody is in the office. On a different date, the office was suppose to open at 10 a.m. When the employee finally showed up at noon, she said, "things happen". No apology. It is obvious that the current employees hate their job and take it out on the customers.

It is very clean the only bad thing is the live on management are RUDE and ACT AS IF THEY ARE BETTER THEN MOST

Always raising prices. I asked if I could give a referral credit, they said yes but never credited it.

Ripped me off! Told me they could prorate me a day and charged me the full amount the following month. All of a sudden I need a 2 week signed agreement. Total B.S.

I have nothing but great things to say about 1st street storage. Mariano was sincerely helpful to me in choosing the right unit for my needs. What a pleasure it was to deal with such a respectful manager who was attentive to my needs
