The manager Amy is rude and lazy and treats her employees like garbage. I feel bad for them. Rude to patients as well, makes them feel like they’re stupid. Will never go there. Went there with my sister for her physical and i do not recommend going there to anyone!

Dr. Ronald Hunt is the best doctor I’ve ever been to.He is very knowledgeable he cares about his patients and always takes his time to make sure all my questions are answered I’ve been to specialists that don’t even have his knowledge about certain meds and he never ever pushes meds on me unless absolutely needed.

This is an office that uses resident doctors fresh out of school with minimal experience that only work part-time as detailed on Beaumont's website, "first year: one half-day per week - second year: two to three half-days per week - third year: three to five half-days per week" For anything other than the basics like an annual check up I would not go here. Although Dr. Kimberly Ottoni who saw me was very nice, she asked some strange and somewhat probing questions. Like do I have a smoke detector where I live and am I sexually active. The office was setup more like a hospital where you feel like a mouse in a maze. I started out my visit parking way far out in the packed parking lot and walking up to the third floor and waited to see the doctor. (Not long) then given some paperwork by the doctor for blood work to walk down to the first floor lab on the far end of the building to answer and sign duplicate forms and deal with a very rude person at registration. Then wait some more for blood draw, get called into a super small room, and wait some more. After that was done I called the following day to get blood work results and dealt with the "registered nurse" who was very rude, condescending, inconsiderate, evasive, and accusatory. I asked to speak to a supervisor which she said was not available. Someone needs to do a better job supervising and training their staff for better customer service skills. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Has some Saturday and Sunday hours to get blood tests. Nice for folks that work long hours Monday through Friday

Nurses and doctors are very helpful and caring. And unlike my last doctor. My doctor actually sits and talks and hears me out. Love this place.
