Went in for a 10 am appointment on Sunday April 22, 2018. By 10:20 am nobody had called me or had spoken to me at all since I checked in. I went and asked what was going on and they told me my hair stylist was running late. Okay, I get that, car trouble they said. By 10:45 he was still not there. I asked if I could see someone else and the answer was no, I'm sorry. This a a business, with absolutely no customer service, no way to make the situation better. Infuriating when you're in need of getting your hair done, schedule your day around it, have an appointment set and it doesn't happen. Why would you pay an arm and leg for a service that doesn't even cater to the client.

I regularly get my nails done so I feel like I know what a good manicure looks like. I like a salon that has a lot of OPI and Essie colors that aren't old or thinned and obviously does a nice job. I work nearby so I thought I would give Beautique a try. It was by far the worst, and most expensive,  manicure and pedicure I have ever had. Their nail polish selection is very limited. I usually choose OPI Bubble Bath for my nails and they did not have it in the regular polish which was very surprising since Bubble Bath is such a popular shade. They only had it in the Infinite Shine. She put a green tinted base coat on my nails and the green showed through the color. My nails looked awful and I had to take it all off when I got home. The staff is very nice but I will not be returning to Beautique, at least  not for my nails.

I went the other day to get my hair cut and I wanted to mention the young lady at the front desk who helped me, her name is Brianna, and she was so sweet, respectful and personable! I wasn't 100% sure about my hair at first, not because I didn't like it, but it was a big change for me but Brianna at the front gave me so many compliments and reassurance, SO sweet, and UNFORGETTABLE customer service! I will definitely be back again, and look forward to friendly conversation with the lovely ladies at the front . Thank you Brianna!

I have been seeing Rubina for the past 15 years for eyebrow threading, waxing, and facials. I will never let anyone else touch my brows or face. While living in Colorado for a few years, my eyebrows were threaded too thin. Since moving back to Houston, Rubina fixed my brow shape and let them grow out. My brows are now full and look awesome. Her facials are also incredible. My skin literally glows and feels amazing after a facial with her. She is extremely thorough and takes pride in her work. If you are looking for high quality beauty services in Houston, Rubina should be your go to esthetician. Not only are her services fantastic, but she is also very knowledgeable about skin care. She always gives the best recommendations and tips. Rubina is an amazing person and will not disappoint.

I have been going to Beautique for years and I have always had a great experience. Jessica is the best and always goes above and beyond with my hair and to make sure I am comfortable. Jessica has transformed my hair and I highly recommend her to anyone!! Jessica is always on time and is always a pleasure to talk to while getting my hair done! Highly recommend getting your hair done at Beautique and make sure to book an appointment with Jessica!!
