I went to Synergy the first time to get my permanent eyebrow makeup and had to BEG them to use brown; they did and I loved it. Went back for a touch up a year later and had to BEG again but it is clear at some point BLACK was used and I hate it.. please pay attention!!

Well, can't give an honest review of the services since I wasn't served. Today is my birthday and I scheduled a 60 minute Swedish massage a week ago. A bday gift to myself on my day off. I get to my appointment, on time, and waited 20 minutes just to be told that my masseuse (Mary) "forgot". No big, I walked out the door and went down the street to their competitor. The competitor was very welcoming and gave me the best massage. Next time Synergy, WRITE STUFF DOWN IN THE BOOKS.

Kim and her staff are wonderful! I've never had anyone else wax me so I can only say how amazing Kim is. She is the sweetest woman and is outstanding at what she does. It's fast and as pain free (as a Brazilian) can be. I go about once a month and am satisfied with the results every time. The spa is super clean and well organized, she always fits me into her day and is very flexible. Thanks for all you do Kim and see you in a couple weeks!

I started going to Synergy Day Spa, as a recommendation from a friend to get my first Brazilian wax about 7 months ago.  I was really nervous, but Kim was so kind and informative.  She actually made the process a lot easier by telling me what she was doing and too take deep breaths.  She said it gets easier every time, and she was right! I keep coming back and each time it gets better.
Kim is really skilled at what she does and she is a great person all together.  I highly recommend Synergy Day Spa to anyone.  As long as I live in Houston, I will always be a customer here.  Couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else!

I got my permanent eyeliner applied 5 days ago. Kim did a fantastic job. She explained everything she was doing and helped to calm my fears. Kim told me exactly what I needed to do at home and I healed quickly and perfectly. My eyeliner looks so natural and beautiful. I love it! I highly recommend Kim! She's fabulous!
