The customer service was decent but because they were unaware of what I needed as a person of color they just made up something. I would have much rather they just say "we don't carry those products" or "were not sure what your looking for" rather than tell me what I'm looking for will make my hair brittle. Which is FALSE seeing that I use it often and I have a head full of lucious, healthy hair.
