I don't trust too many people with my hair but, on a whim decided to get my haircut while in Manhattan. I've heard of Regis Salon before so decided to try it.

I walked in and they were able do my hair right away. I asked for a trim with layers and for my hair to be thinned out. Melissa, my stylist, did just that and then some. She was very professional and told me what she was doing to/putting in my hair.

The Salon itself was clean and reasonably priced. If I'm ever  need a haircut in Manhattan again I will definitely go back!

Don't go here if you have curly hair, they don't know how to cut it. I went back for a cut correction and they still didn't really do anything to fix it. It looked the same when I walked out the second time. They completely butchered my hair and didn't give me at all what I asked for, or anything close to it. They tried to tell me it was my hair that made the cut look bad. If my expectations were too high, they should have told me during the consultation that my hair would not look like it did in the picture I showed them. I would have gone with something else that would work better with my hair.

I consulted with Faith for my hair. I had an idea of what I wanted, but was still slightly unsure of what I wanted. She helped it become clear to me on what I wanted and I absolutely love the turn out! I got an all over color and a cut. I go here every time and I have no trust issues with Regis, the first place I'm willing to go back to!I'm willing to spend a little extra if I know I'll be happy with my result. 100% recommend this place if you're willing to put a little extra money in! Definitely worth it!

I've always had a good experience here. Never made an appointment but have sometimes called ahead. They have always been accommodating and professional.

I went in a couple months ago because I really needed my hair trimmed. I was unable to make an appointment but asked if they had enough room to fit me in. So I waited. But while I was there the manager there just giving nasty looks and showing no kindness towards me, no hello or anything. The other workers were fine. She may not have been the one doing my hair, but with her attitude and the way she looked at me I would Not recommend this salon. The manager didn't set a good example at all. You're supposed to feel welcome and comfortable,and have a great experience. With her I didn't feel that at all and didn't have a great experience.
