I go to Nicole to get my hair dyed, cut, and styled. She is awesome!  Nicole listens to what you want and gives you great suggestions. I always leave loving my hair!

My hair has been long thick and blond for over 15 years I wanted to go a bit lighter I was referred by a friend to go to Beauty First.
The hair stylist at Beauty First assured me several times my hair would be fine using bleach, well it's not fine it all literally broke off in clumps and my hair is now 3 inches long  and a bit longer in the back I basically have a mullet!! I went back a few times after it was breaking and called several times  and nothing was done about it no treatments to try and fix it nothing!!! I went to a different salon who attempted to fix it with $400 plus worth of treatments and products and several trips back for more treatments and nothing helped stop the breakage,
They said basically it appears that the bleach wasn't washed out and sat on my hair and basically fried all of my hair.. I had yo get my hair dyed dark brown with a special hair color in hopes it will stop the breakage.
It is going to take over a year if not longer for my hair to grow back. My hair now looks like a bad mullet with frizzy Cotten candy looking hair that nothing helps it from continuing to break!!
It is a mess!!! It's too short to even pull back it's a total DISASTER!!!!
I understand people make mistakes but my hair will probably never be the same.

A few months ago I started going to Tyler for my blonde hilights and every time I am blown away by how amazing he does. I have been getting my hair done by various hairdressers for over ten years and no one has ever compared to Tyler's work. You can really tell that he genuinely cares about his clients and is such a sweetheart. I am so pleased to have finally found someone I can trust to take care of my hair. Everytime I leave his chair my hair is glowing, looks flawless and I get endless compliments on how natural and healthy the highlights look. Not to mention every other employee at beauty first is always so kind and cheerful.

I got my hair and makeup done here for my senior prom. The experience itself wasn't all that bad. The lady that did my hair and makeup was very nice, the main problem was the actual job she did. I asked for a pretty natural makeup look and got extremely dark, sloppy eye makeup and caked foundation that didn't match my skin. For my hair I asked for big, loose curls and instead got tight curls that were stiff with hairspray. I paid $100 for everything plus a $20 tip. I seriously recommend either going elsewhere or doing it yourself, I could've done a much better job. I hate to leave a bad review but I wish I would've known what I was getting myself into before coming here. I do not recommend this place to anyone, there are much better places with real professionals.
