My grandmother always goes to the same hairdresser, Debbie and she's super stellar. I'd recommend her to anyone. Crystal did a perm on me and it's lasted over a year now and I have long hair!

I'm leaving this feedback over an incident today that upset me quite a bit. It involved another worker who helped rinse my grandmas hair while Deb was finishing someone else's cut. No big deal.

Now I know my grandma can be a little ornery, but for 92, she does pretty well. The girl (and I'm leaving her name out to show more professionalism than she showed us) got her back all wet and didn't try to help dry it. My grandma got upset and called her something like dumb ass, I'm not too sure I was on the opposite side of the room, and I'm sure her feelings were hurt and I was sorry for that. Like I said, I've dealt with her a lot and know what that's like. I take care of her.

My issue is that this particular woman proceeded to let all her coworkers know what'd happened, apparently not realizing or maybe not caring that I was sitting there the whole time waiting and overheard the entire thing. Mind you there were probably 8 workers. 
I went to the restroom which is across from where they mix the colors and she'd gone back there and started with workers just arriving and when I walked out, I literally stared at her and should've just said something there but didn't want a scene.

Then, actual CLIENTS knew and everyone around us BESIDES literally Debbie, the woman that did my hair this day, and my regular girl were cracking jokes to each other about it! I seriously could not believe it and I was feeling so awkward at this point I wanted to explode. 
So finally after the one blonde lady says to her client if she wanted a shower, I said to Deb "wow she's really angry about this isn't she? Everyone in this place is cracking jokes like they're doing stand up. She needs to realize she's old and just chill out."
And I said it when this woman was around so then it all stopped. I kept staring at her to see if she would say anything else but just felt the need to write this because I've never seen such unprofessionalism in MY LIFE. And I'm in customer service myself!

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!
I have never liked any hair cut I have received from this salon. I received a perm recently, and it is TERRIBLE! The stylists here do not know what they are doing. The stylist did not leave the chemicals on my hair long enough and the perm didn't take. She never checked the rollers, and when she was done, it looked awful! The manager here is unpleasant to deal with. I have never been so upset by a hair job ever. Don't go here; go somewhere where they know what they are doing. The extra money you might spend will be worth it!
