I absolutely loved this salon. I am new to the area and not only did I find that it was within walking distance of my neighborhood, but they were extremely helpful in working me into their schedule short notice. Janine was my stylist and she did a fantastic job with my cut and color. I also am a brand new mom and she let me bring my baby, which was a godsend. The entire staff made both me and my baby feel so comfortable the entire time. It was truly a relaxing experience and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be going back.

This is the worst salon and the worst experience I have ever had with my hair. I have lived all over the world and have been coloring my hair for over 20 yrs and this is by far the worst service I have ever received.  My hair was so botched that after 4.5 hours the stylist started to cry and said I wouldn't have to pay. I then left the salon with wet hair - trying not to cry myself.  It was not my intention to contact the owner but friends in the community told me she would not want a client to be walking around with such bad looking hair.  I decided to contact the owner and her first words to me were  "so what's your side of the story". I was shocked I had no idea I even had to have a side of the story. I just assumed she would see how awful my hair was and that would be enough ( she did want to see my hair). She quickly informed me that she would not even consider fixing my hair without having me pay. I hadn't even suggested that I get a service for free I just wanted to see how we could fox my hair without further damage. At that point I knew she didn't care about me - the fact I was in her salon for 4.5 hours and had other people laughing at how bad my hair was. If she cared about the longevity of her business and the importance of how much work it takes to make a bad experience a positive one there is no way I would have ever been put on the defensive. Or simply how many people will hear about how I was attacked instead of treated with respect and dignity in a what was a very unfortunate situation. When I explained to her that I felt that she didn't care about the condition of my hair and I didn't feel like I was the "client" she told me she was done with the conversation. Honestly, I have never been treated so badly in my life!
