I just went to the Bavilon salon for the first time and I can definitely say I was not disappointed. I had the pleasure of getting Crystal to do my hair and she was absolutely amazing. Not only did she listen and give great advice but was very honest and super sweet. All the people there make you feel very comfortable and treat you like they have known you for years. I am very thankful I have found such a wonderful salon to go to and where you can trust the stylist, knowing they're not trying to rip you off but have your best interest at heart. Will definitely be returning again!!!

I have been looking for a salon since I move to Tucson 10 years ago. I took a chance on this salon because its close to my house and my boyfriend said they were good. 

I booked online with Sue and it was extremely easy and convenient. I showed up and the seating area was very roomy. They offered cookies and coffee which is unheard of nowadays. The front desk gentlemen greeted promptly and brought me straight back to Sue. Sue introduced herself and was very personable. She listened to my needs and collaborated with me to find the subtle change that would make my short style pop. The cut comes with a wash, blow dry, and style for only $34 bucks. Can't beat that!

Sue then massaged my scalp in a super comfy lay back sink. She made sure to cradle my neck with a towel to make me comfortable. She cut my hair with great skill and care. Blow dried and styled, taking the time to show me how to do it myself at home. Everything looked great the first time around. 

I left feeling pampered and sexy. I will be heading back shortly.

Bavilon Salon in Vail is a lovely full service salon; wonderful products including Oleplex, waxing, eyelashes, and a full range of color options.  The stylists are excellent; I see Susan Maddox and could not be happier.  The owners are on site offering home baked goodies, fresh brewed coffee and tea, and a five day guarantee on all services.  You cannot beat it!

I've been going to this Salon for a haircut as a "snowbird" for the past couple of seasons.  The owner manning the front desk is always very pleasant....turns out he is only pleasant if he is on the receiving end of your money. I went in there for a very minor request and he pretended not to recognize me, was extremely rude and said he couldn't care less if I came there for haircuts.  Be forewarned this place is expensive and the management/owner is totally duplicitous, only out for your money. The smile and pleasant demeanor is fake, fake, fake.  The haircuts I received were mediocre, I only went back because it was close to my home.

Everyone was super friendly and I got a great hair cut that I love. Right when I walked in they were putting out a fresh pot of coffee and they had homemade cookies. I will be returning!
