I come here regularly for eyebrow threading with Suzi. I also sometimes get hand/leg waxing. The vanilla wax they use leaves skin smooth after the wax. The threading comes out perfect most of the times. The prices are fair. I like how spacious the place. Take appointment as sometimes they are busy. I have not tried any other services from them so cannot comment but so far I am a happy customer.

I had the worst hair cut by sara.
Please don't waste your money and time on this place.
I literally had to give her direction for a very basic haircut. And at the end she say thankyou.
I am very upset I will not be back.

This place is a complete joke,Janet has an attitude worse than a ghetto person.The owner Alex robs people for $5,he has the personality of a wet rag.They are really a distgusting crew.They should not be in business and i will report them to the Salon Association.

I went and got my eyebrows done here and the while my eyebrows were done nicely, they got wax all in my hair. I noticed when I was on the train back to Manhattan and called them saying I wanted a refund for the services bc they ruined my hair and they said no. They kept telling me to go back to the salon... I was already on my way somewhere else and couldn't do that. If you can't give me a $7 refund after ruining my hair with wax in it there's no way you're going to have my services again.  I'd also like to add that I was a regular here and would come every two weeks to have my eyebrows done, so you think they would consider that.
