If 0 stars were an option I would have given that. It was the worst experience I've ever had. Even though there was a sign that said walk-ins welcome, I called anyway and they squeezed me in for my eye brow wax. Once I got there, I had to wait over 10 minutes, which isn't a huge deal they were busy. The lady that finally took me back and did the wax was horrible. The first thing she did when she saw me was say "o you have a lot of hair I'm going to have fun with you.". Then after pulling the first strip off she made me look at it, said again how much hair there was and laughed at me. Not once did she ask how I normally get them done or what shape I wanted. My eyebrows are now half of what they were. Worst experience I have ever had.

It's a great place,  if you're looking for a quality, cheap tan.

The employees are the nicest people you'll ever meet.

I get my hair done there by an amazing stylist but the counter girl could make me look elsewhere. Short Dark haired women who is rude, unfriendly and not very helpful.  She never smiles and not sure what her issue us but she is dealing with the public and needs a personality trabsplant.  Never, never even the slightest bit pleasant.  She has to be a relative of owner. That's the only she would get that job.

If you are wanting your hair to be color treated, go somewhere else. I have been getting highlights for years and have never had any issues with breakage and weakness in my hair until I came here. Also, I was charged way too much to the service as well. Usually, I spend about $65-$70 for highlights. When I went to Beauty World she charged me $100+. What did I get for $100? Broken, weak, damaged hair.

I went in for highlights and low-lights and at first I was apprehensive.  I met with Katy S and as soon as she started talking I knew I was in good hands. Katy S did an amazing job cloring my hair and I will most definitely go to her again.
