Called at 10:35 to make an appointment. Lady said she was available at noon. Got there at noon and they were pretty busy, but since i made an appointment i thought i would be good. I waited 35 minutes. I had to leave and go back to work.  I knew there wasn't going enough time for a pedicure. I love the owners and the work they do, but need to work better on keeping there appointments

We went to this spa as a group of four with appointments. Had a difficult and frustrating experience. Only one person working here understands and speaks fluent English. Which was frustrating when picking out colors and communicating. This resulted in them cutting my daughters nails VERY short the day before her wedding because they thought she wanted a full set of acrylic nails. She wanted a gel manicure. They didn't have appropriate gel poslish remover system which meant they soaked nails 30 min in acetone and still dug through the polish on my natural nails. The owners young children running throughout the salon was irritating as well. Not great, will not return.

Best nails! I've been going to the same nail place for 12 years and just happened to stop here when I was in the area & desperately needed my nails filled. Sunny made the best & sharpest nails I've ever had-- you can scratch an itch really well!!! They look amazing too. I have a new nail place!

My tech did a wonderful job with my pedicure. She opened the autoclave bag and other disposable tools (buffer blocks, exfoliators, etc) right in front of me before we started, she was wearing gloves while using the metal tools and exfoliating, and they have a sign at the front desk stating they will not speak in Vietnamese while working on clients, or it's free of charge. I've been coming to this place for a while and they have always been good but they have really stepped up their cleanliness and customer service and I can't say how much I appreciate it. I won't be going anywhere else now.
