Customer service is what differentiates vendors from one another. Helping customers navigate through internal business process and policies with clear communication is key to a successful customer experience. Unfortunately, my experience with a representative of Beaver Tile was not pleasant. Their condescending attitude and ineffective communication style when responding to questions was appalling.  I don't know why our contractor would ever recommend them knowing how rude they can be to customers. He says folks around here need to put up with them because they are the only quality game in town. I say nope, we'll take our next projects elsewhere and so should you.

I am a contractor and the professionalism in this business is beyond any other. Their selection is huge and their is always someone to assist you.   Great place for solid products and great service!
