I have worked with a few different restoration companies in the past and one stood out. I have worked with Hammer Restoration recently at my home and then again at my fathers home. My father is 92 years old so I wanted a company I could really trust. Hammer Restoration describes in detail what their plan of action will be after they assess the damage. They also listen if you think an alternative plan should be considered. They called me daily to update me with their progress and what the next step would be and if it would impact their completion schedule. They really give you a feeling that you are the most important job that they are working on. The next time I need restoration work I will call Hammer Restoration. They are the best.

I just wanted to drop a note telling you what kind and courteous employees you have.  I was pleasantly surprised at how professional they were when they came to access the  water damage done to the dealership I work at, Hagen Ford, Inc.  They were quiet while they looked for the work that your company would need to do and very kind and I could tell they gave informative answers to the questions asked of them.  Another surprise was how professional they were dressed.  It is hard to find people that actually dress neatly and professionally.  We were all very happy with the work Hammer did.

Hammer did outstanding work in our home.  Their employees are courteous and polite.  We are very happy with the work they did and our kitchen looks wonderful.  We would have them again if we need work done again. We would recommend them to anyone.  

Tom Mitchell did a great job and help us also.
