Very bad experience with their customer service, very unprofessional and rude , dirty work and I paid more than usual. Do not get your appointment through Groupon because you won't get the full service since you don't pay them directly they won't treat you as a regular customer. I don't know about their regular customers. For sure I won't be one of them. I made appointments for 2 people on a Saturday morning with champagne and relaxing..... They called to reschedule one of my appointments the night before because their schedule was tight. I said since it is for 2 people I cannot change it now. The receptionist was very rude over the phone but ruder at the time we got there, the manicure and pedicure people were not doing good and complete job and were rushing it. As I complained, they said you did not get this or that and is not included. Ended up that I paid more and got less service but just wanted to get out because I got this deal to spend a relaxing day with my friend and it was Anything else but relaxing. I was very embarrassed. It was my first Groupon experience but I think it was the last one too.

I have been going to BEBA beauty for the past 6 months and i have loved every single session I have ever done there. I have had my lashes done at various places before beba but was never happy with it. Lana does amazing work.I call her the Lash Dr. because she's an expert in lashes and truly CARES about the lashes and the person. She has a great hand and is so gentle with the procedure. for anyone interested in trying lashes.... this is the place to go! just got a fresh fill today and i feel beautiful. thank you lana!

My fiancé went into get lash extensions done before our wedding. I have to admit I was nervous because I don't usually gravitate toward that style. We she got home I was blown away. Her lash extensions looked natural and understated. The extensions also made her look glamorous and sexy. It certainly didn't hurt that she came home freshly waxed and with a clean manicure pedicure. I think this is an expense I'm going to have to factor into my budget long after the wedding :)

WARNING: THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING HERE! I bought a Groupon for their European facial and scheduled an appointment that was supposed to be for today. I knew that I would be running late about 30 min prior to my appointment time, and had called the receptionist who said "Okay that is fine, we'll see you later", and did not offer to reschedule. When I arrived at my appointment, Julia who I was scheduled with, gave me a very dirty look and did not greet me. When I was brought to the facial room (which by the way, is a very small dirty back room of a nail salon, totally not a relaxing setting), Julia said to me "So since you are late, you will be getting a very short facial", and proceeded to tell me that my 60 minute facial would now be a 20 minute facial. I asked her if I could reschedule, and she started calling me names, saying I was unprofessional. I left without receiving my facial, and logged onto Groupon as soon as I got home, only to find that THEY HAD REDEEMED MY GROUPON WITHOUT ME RECEIVING THE SERVICE AT ALL. When I called back, the receptionist told me that this was their policy, that if clients are late, they must redeem their Groupon. Luckily, I spoke with customer service at Groupon, who was extremely helpful and "unredeemed" the Groupon and offered me a refund. Never before have I encountered such UNPROFESSIONAL people. Please do yourself a favor, and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
