I have never felt so good!  It was a combination of shiatsu and ends with a nice hot oil message, and followed by hot towels to to seal in the moisture. Then you go into the wet room. First, you get a soap up with scrub gloves and then rinsed with wonderful hot water. Next comes the scrub which smells wonderful, and then if you choose she will wash and scrub your scalp (I say go for it). Once you are completely rinsed and pat dry you walk back to initial room and get a bit of lotion to your skin.  

This is the day after, and my skin is glowing!  I feel relaxed and my muscles are free of all the knots I had when I walked in. I will say this kind of place is not for the modest person. At least for women you are fully nude with a thin piece of linen to drape over you. In the wet room you are pretty much exposed except for a hand towel draped in between your legs. For men I think they give you boxers to wear.

I definitely recommend getting the one hour massage and scrub. They also offer a meridian massage with scraping which is amazing for detox. I plan to have that next time!

Absolutely loved my experience the body scrub had a clean table it’s a fresh towel over the plastic table gentle scrubbing  as per my request
