I was in there yesterday for lash extensions. When I called I was told it was $40 for a fill and it would only take 45 min. I was there for an hour and they charged me $45. Not impressed.

They did a horrible job, said I wanted my hair bleached, it was a light red with some blonde. They didn't do my roots. Bleached it twice with out toning it. Didn't condition it. She didn't do my roots the first time.They both were working on the bleaching together and was tearing my hair out of my scalp. It was the worst expiernce. I had orange and the most discusting dry hair I had never had, my hair was so damaged. I immediately went to ulta, I'm actually here now and they are toning and do a deep conditioning treatment for me with a discount.  But yeah worst experience and I'm going to try and get my money back
