JOYCE is my all-time favourite hair stylist! She has an artful flair and really communicates well. She is especially good at understanding what I want done with my hair. 

I live out of state and only come to Federal Way once or twice a year...and when I do, this is the only place I go to get my hair cut.

John was great, I did not like being charged $39 for shampoo and blow dry which was what he was told to charge. That is twice what Hair Master charges.

While I appreciate that there can be waits..even for people who have checked in online, the beauty of Great Clips is getting in when it is convenient for you.  I think it is great that you can go on line and see what the wait is like in real time wherever you are.  So take that extra minute that you would have had to spend calling for an appointment and check.  Also... bad haircuts are everywhere whether you spend $15 or $75.  Sadly most of us who love this place don't do reviews.  Hoyt Road is friendly and clean.  I have my personal favorite stylist who I will follow anywhere. Check them out... and hey, isn't it nice to have an owner who actually reads these posts and wants to fix things.  Have you noticed... they also have great specials and support the military.

I will never bring my family here again. I literally left crying. I told the woman I wanted a pixie cut, she shaved the side of my hair and left the other side as long as a bob cut. I cant fix my hair and will have to wear a hat for months until it grows back. I've never left a place so disappointed and embarrassed.
