World class con artists with no moral standards. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off and sold defective furniture. I purchased a brand new dining room set from them last month. Upon opening the box, I discovered that the chairs had cracks in them and were rather wobbly. Consequently, I decided to return the set less than 24 hours after purchasing it. However, the staff refused to give me a full refund even though the furniture was clearly defective. Many of the staff members that I dealt with were incompetant, rude, and mentally unstable since they argued with me for over an hour. I clearly showed them the defective furniture and mentioned that i returned it well within the return policy. Nevertheless, they ended up stealing 10 percent of the price of the furniture as a restocking fee even though the items were defective (think about spending 2000 dollars on something and having them keep 200 dollars). It's not my fault that your products are defective and I shouldn't have to pay your massive restocking fees for damaged products. These lowlife should be taken out to pasture

I don't have much to say about our purchasing experience, it wasn't particularly bad and neither was it good. One thing I can definitely note is that our dinning set is certainly low quality and out of cheap materials! If I had any idea about their quality we would definitely not have gone to Becks. Their selection and designs are very average and their quality is poor. If you want to spend your money on a piece that will last, go elsewhere. Also if you do decide to purchase from them, don't expect their support team to be very "supportive" in case you have any issues with your purchase.

Terrible. Bought their insurance and they did bot replace the correct part. Also would not deliver to our home and took several months (at least 8) to get the WRONG replacement. One star is being generous and only chose it because I had to pick at least one to post my review.

It took a while to get my online inquiry answered and for sales reps to call me back after a couple in person visits but I found their selection impressive and sales people informative and zero pressure. I found a gorgeous well made bedroom set, got 0% 24mth financing, and a pretty cheap insurance-repair policy that revolves into store credit if not used in 3 years! I ran into traffic and showed up 2 minutes before 6pm when customer pick-up closes on Saturday and they still took care of me no problem! Without a line, you'll probably have to wait about 45 minutes for a full bedroom set.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Our couch broke and so I called customer service. The lady informed me that our couch is no longer under warranty so I’d have to pay out of pocket for the part. No biggie, it was $20. She told me I would have to go to the distribution location to get the part. It was a 45 min drive from our house so I made sure to ask if I needed to call ahead to order the part or make sure they had it in stock. She assured me that they would have it so I headed that way. When I got there the lady at the front desk had to page Patrick like 20 times to ask if they had the part. 45 min later he finally shows up and says nope...no part. I’m beyond mad at this point. So then she tells me I can order the part and it’ll be there in A MONTH! Not only do I have to wait that long, but then I have to drive the 1.5 hr round trip to pick up the part or I could pay $15 shipping on a $20 part to get it sent to my house. I left because at this point they’re not going to get a dime from me. I decided to call a manager and tell her what happened. She then told me that She doesn’t take orders over the phone and that if I want to order the part I’ll have to drive back to order it and then back again to pick it up! Nor was she willing to take care of my shipping fee since it was clearly their fault. I ended up ordering the part on amazon for half the price, free shipping, and half the delivery time. I won’t be buying anything from there again.
