Sydney Smith was an astounding sales person. She was patient and so helpful in reminding me of what I had said previously during our conversations and what I was drawn to originally and possible why. She was a blessing for those of us who hassle with decisions regarding sofas. The store manager, Sheila Bender, participated too and was so authentic during my whole decision make process and celebrated with me in the final decision. I know I will love my new sofa and all my new friends at Becker Furniture World. I won't shop anywhere else in the future.

The best customer service from Becker, Rosedale location, is Sydney. She was very pleasant, helpful, and worked hard to find us the best deal possible. We will definitely be back!

The salesperson, Darcy Engelke, was excellent. She made sure we were fully informed about the choices and the features of the dining set we purchased. The delivery guys were very good, but unfortunately one chair had fallen on the delivery truck and been damaged. We have to wait for the replacement. Except for the damaged chair, the experience went great.

This has been one of the worst service transactions I have ever dealt with. We were subject to a bait and switch in the store over a credit card scam they were running. After that we were lied to about products we purchased and given false information only to be told they could not be returned and we were stuck with them. They screwed up our delivery . To top it all off the furniture we received was mostly sub par. I will never set foot in the store again and am strongly recommending no one else does either. Also, after repeated attempts to get a manager to contact us no one did until AFTER we sent the store a bad survey. Too little too late.

I worked with Darcey at the Beckers in Roseville. She was so helpful and thorough. She spent as much time as I needed going over the different style couches and fabrics to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.
